Still Waiting on VAT number for UK/EU orders

I was hoping to hear from my UK contact (the EU orders are coming from the UK warehouse because we can pay the VAT that way) by this morning since I pinged her for an update yesterday, but so far I've gotten no answer.
The latest response I had was last Thursday (I posted this in a couple of comments as well). Here it is: "Thank you for your patience. There have been some problems with HMRC recently however I have called them again and they advised us we should receive the VAT registration number within the next few days. I will follow up again on Monday, as soon as I have any further information I will let you know."
I'll post again when I hear.
But for anyone in the UK & EU who wants these by Christmas, I think we can't expect to get them to you that quickly. Even if we get the VAT number tomorrow, and my printer gets them sent out the next day, they likely won't show up in the UK until the 20th at best and then ShipQuest will need a day or more to sort them out, so... And of course it could take longer to get the VAT number, or it could get stuck in customs, or the UK postal service or EU postal service could be backed up, etc.
I'm sorry for the continued delays... but hopefully passing on what I know helps.

Bad Tracking Links/Packages Not Delivered/Etc

First of all, Happy Thanksgiving to all of my fellow American friends!
Also, for UK/EU folks, I haven't yet gotten a response to when we'll get our UK VAT number. The EU rewards are coming from the UK warehouse, and they have a way to pay for me to pay the EU (&UK) duties. I had hoped my representative there would have an answer by now--I just sent her a follow up/reminder.
Now on to the main point of this message for everyone else getting physical rewards: I'm seeing a bunch of reports from folks saying they received tracking links of packages delivered months ago and/or to a different address, or other fulfillment problems. We're working with Nord Fulfillment for sending out all non-EU/UK rewards, so please reach out to [email protected]. They do usually include a note saying if there are any issues with your order please reach out to them--but that doesn't help if you haven't gotten the package yet. :)
I'm sorry for the issue... I think/hope it is just a link copy/paste mixup. But I would sort of be a middle man in getting these questions resolved.

Shipping Progress

Hi Folks,
I'm breaking down this status message based on your region:
USA
Many of you in the US may have already gotten your printed decks! Nord Fulfillment began shipping during the middle of last week and expects to complete shipping all non-UK/EU orders by Wednesday. So some of you may have them now, some of you may get them early next week, and some of you may be getting them after Thanksgiving. :( But progress is definitely being made!
UK/EU
Unfortunately, we're still waiting on the tax office in the UK to confirm our paperwork. (We did submit it in early September.) The designee (I have to have a representative there) believes it will be approved any day now but we don't really know. So a few days ago, I filled out a form allowing tax office to talk to our designee for a status update. Early next week the designee feels the tax office will have received that so the designee will call then to get an update, and I'll post more when I know more. I'm sorry for the delay, but this is a new process for us and once we have the tax situation set up future shipments won't have this delay.
Elsewhere (Canada, Australia, New Zealand, & everywhere else)
Because I didn't want people to wait any longer to get their shipments than necessary, I asked Nord Fulfillment to send all of these orders direct from the US. (Instead of sending the Canada/Australia/New Zealand orders to warehouses in those countries, then having them sent from there.) However, I didn't know that Nord couldn't send those orders from the US "duties paid". So many of you in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand may be asked to pay customs. If so, please send me a private message or an email to [email protected] and I'll work out a partial refund for those customs amounts. In the future Nord will have the ability to pay the customs when shipping from the US as well as if we ship to a warehouse. But I am sorry for this mix-up too.

Printing Completed!

Hi Folks,
I got an email late yesterday that the printing company has shipped the printed decks to the fulfillment company, Nord Games! (And I got confirmation numbers & emails that FedEx has picked it up.) They are due to arrive at Nord's warehouse on Monday. Nord has told me they only need a day or so to check them in, then they'll start sending everything out for all non-UK/EU addresses. So if you're early in the backer list (lucky) & live near California where they are located you might get them late next week. Of course if you're late in the list & further away it may be soon after US Thanksgiving. International orders expect to add a couple weeks. :(
For those of you in the UK & EU, we're working with ShipQuest/GamesQuest so we can pre-pay the VAT. Let me tell you, with Brexit this has been a complicated odyssey. We got a bit of a run-around with a couple of companies to be our tax representative, so we didn't file the paperwork until early September. Anyway, our tax representative expects that VAT number any day now and as soon as we get that, we can ship the decks to ShipQuest. I'll post another update as soon as I've got it.
Finally, as I mentioned in our last update, we've been prepping our next project: a return to our DungeonMorph Dice, Cards, etc. If you're not familiar with them, they are mini connectable map designs placed on 1" dice as well as 2.5" cards, a font, PDFs, & a book of with encounter ideas for each design. We'll have a set of sewer designs, a set of crypts, & a third set of lairs (caverns). (There will be at least 6 dice per set, maybe 9 depending on stretch goals.) Here's one from Dyson Logos who is doing a design for each die in each set!

Another Manufacturer Delay, But Pics of the Finished Product, & What's Next

Hi Folks,
I'm sorry to report that the manufacturer has told me they are still behind and now they don't expect to finish production of the physical decks until November 9th. :( So if it takes 3-ish days to get to the fulfillment company, then a day or two for them to check the decks in and start sending them out, and then 2-5 days to get to US addresses that means you'll have yours around the 17th-25th depending on the exact shipping times. (I expect non-US deliveries to take an extra week or two.)
But the manufacturer did send me a sample copy of each new deck:
I've continued posting the map images to our website so if you're using a VTT (or just want to print a larger copy) you can. Six decks now have all the images posted. Just pick the deck you're interested in on the Sidequest Decks page.
Finally, writing, cartography, and editing for this Kickstarter was completed over two months ago, so we began working on our next project: DungeonMorphs IV (RPG Map Dice, Cards, & More). Our first Kickstarter was over 10 years ago! It centered on 1" dice with engraved map designs (what we call DungeonMorphs) on each side. Each map has two corridors evenly spaced out so they can join with any other to make a larger map. We added matching cards, a font, and eventually a book of 1-page encounter ideas for each design. We're continuing all of that with three new sets: Sewers, Lairs, & Crypts. If you're interested I hope you'll follow the link and click the "Notify Me On Launch" button. This won't launch until the new year, well after you've gotten any remaining rewards from this Sidequest Deck Kickstarter.
